Got a 1999 Legacy, DOM 6/98 with 31,000 miles. Has a hesitation during a moderate acceleration. When accelerating at about 40% throttle (any gear) it will start out fine, then hesitate, then come back out of it. Fuel pressure is a couple of pounds high but...
