1992 Isuzu Rodeo LS 3.1L No Start
This has a bad cold start, like too much fuel. This morning it coughed once and then started perfect. Usually it has about 5 bad starts. Scan data looks normal, ECT was replaced with no change. Remeber this is a full GM TBI system.
