Have no Base Timing when jumping 'T' and 'E' at check connector. Distributor has no vacuum advance. Have 10.6 v. at 'T' terminal and goes low when grounded. Tried 'T' directly to ground=nothing. Need to find base timing for smog check. Has no other connect...
