1991 Isuzu Trooper LS 2.8L Excessive Emissions, Surge, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy
The problem is an intermitent full open of the #1 injector. The harness was cut open and no shorts to gnd. were found. I don't beleive that it is a control problem but I can't seem to find the short that I expect. Every time I hook up my scope the problem will...
