1996 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5L No Start, MIL Lamp on
the car has a crank angle code. the customer says the car won't restart after driving. the car has to sit for about an hour before it will start. the mil light does not reset and the rpm signal is steady. we tried the wiggle test but no reset. any ideas?
