1999 Honda Civic EX 1.6L MIL Lamp on
Hi all, Working on this 1999 Honda Civic EX with 212,000 miles on it. It has a p0171 code. It has both STFT and LTFT maxed out. STFT only improves under load, and even then only gets to about 20. STFT does not move with no load throughout RPM range. Man...
