1992 Honda Civic VX 1.5L Hesitation, delay @ part throttl
This vehicle has a delay when you are at part throttle only. If you are climbing a hill for example if you keep a light pressure on gas pedal vehicle will actually start to slow down as if you are no pushing on accelerator pedal. If you continue past this area...
