2007 Toyota Prius Touring 1.5L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle has been in multiple times with the same trouble code, cooling fan didn't start. Every time we check the fan, we can command it to come on with our scan tool. Customer verifies that the fan comes on while driving. Duct work has been checked for obs...
