1991 Honda Prelude Si 2.1L Excessive Emissions
This car failed VA emissions for NOX. @ 25mph NO was 1187ppm(1088 is spec) and @ 25mph NO is 1637ppm(984 is spec). Vaccum at cruise speed never gets above 3in at the egr valve. If we manually apply 6in of vaccum the NO levels drop well below allowable leve...
