The car crank but no pulse on injectors and coils activation.

In the scaner I have RPM signal.

I changed tdc and PCM.

No trouble condes. When Crank no activation in fuel pump I have 5v on tp, map etc. I checked timing belt and ok Compression cil. No1, 150 2...
