2002 Honda Civic LX 1.7L Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on
vehicle came to us from another shop, green light is on and check engine light is on. vehicle runs and drives but not well, no communication, installed good used computer relearn anti theft, started ran good for about 2 minutes then check engine light comes on...
