2001 Toyota 4Runner 3.4L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle needs to pass emissions. We tested the solenoids and they test fine. Smoke test shows smoke coming from the filler neck by the gas cap. We are thinking the vacuum switching valve (not electric) on the canister may be the problem. We can not find any in...
