1997 Mitsubishi FTO 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy
After replacing ecu ,map sensor, still not able to get injection time below 6ms when engine at operating temp. After starting engine ecu tries to pull injection back for a while down to 4.5ms then goes back out to 6ms and will not go any lower.
