2004 Honda Accord EX 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in and will only idle. Accelerator pedal does not react. Customer replaced APP sensor under the assumption that was the problem. Every 5v reference sensor is throwing a code for low voltage. My data stream is showing 0.00 for every PID (ect and ia...
