1985 Honda Accord LX 1.8L Excessive Emissions
This thing runs clean as can be when the cooling fans are off, at both idle and 2500rpm. Within a few seconds of the fans coming on the readings go high (as listed below). And then back down again when they go off. If I pull the fan relay it will pass the ...
