1999 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L No Start
This car is a crank no start condition. the check engine light does not illuminate and no communication with a scan tool. Power and ground okay at DLC. I replaced the main EFI relay (brown relay under dash drivers side) I have pinned out the ECM I have power, ...
