1991 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.0L Excessive Emissions, Surge, Misfire
I need assistance from the community once again. This time it is a 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.0L with an rpm specific problem. From idle to 1100 rpm's it will run ok, but anything above 1100 rpm's it will buck,miss,surge as if the egr valve was stuck wide open...
