2011 Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner 4.0L MIL Lamp on, inop tachometer
Tested for open/shorts between ICM(C9 w19 ) and PCM
(E13)with NPF. Disconnected all related modules to spd
circuit and performed pinpoint test for input and output
signal. Found input to vary but has a steady output of 5
volts.
