1998 Nissan Quest GXE 3.0L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle failed emissions with a p0600. Ran the flow chart and got to the voltage test. The test has you check for voltage at pin 24 and 29 for 6-8 volts. I have no voltage on pin 24. Replaced PCM (used) 2 times and same result. I even tried a TCM from one of t...
