2000 Honda Civic EX 1.6L No Start
Thanks to all in advance, I have this Honad that was towed to me because the Rack and pinion, now we have a no start problem. I have fuel and injector paulse but i have no spark. one thing that is going on the Neg side of the coil with the key on we have power...
