1988 Honda Accord DX 2.0L Stall, parasidic drain
Car has a frequency c valve that seems to raise and lower the idle. This valve had 12 volts and a good ground with the key off. this condition has disappeared, however the battery was completely dead. the computer powers this valve/solenoid. . thank you all.
