HI Everyone I am having a problem with this honda that will not pass EPA test.(DYNO TESTED) At cruise [...] 1st time it failed at at 4.29% at cruise,idle was [...] brought to shop and it looked ok on [...] reading's in shop looked good it was only at .15%...
