2005 Subaru Outback i 2.5L MIL Lamp on
Cruise control light flashing and no operation. Is there any way to diagnose this without using Subaru factory scan tool, I have Modis and current software still won't support cruise diag. Checked all other modules just to be sure. Thanks for any help.
