2006 Toyota Sienna LE 3.3L No Start
I have this Sienna van that won't start. When the key is turned on the cooling fans instantly come on. There is no communication with the PCM and the CEL does not come on when the key is turned on. Customer states that tis has happened one other time, waited 1...
