1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
At idle engine surges from normal idle to about 1750 r.p.m. We do not normally work on foreign cars, but my brothers pet Eclipse needs some help. We do not have access to computer scanners for the foreign. If it is something that you feel is simple to fix, say...
