A constant pending p0446. Then mil lights up. Replaced mentioned parts. Checked for blockages, found none. Smoked car, no leaks. Good voltage to vent solenoid. This one is a head scratcher! i can only check ecm with global obd2 scanner. I dont have manufacture...
