1990 Honda Civic 1.5L Excessive Emissions
I have a 1990 honda civic in the shop with the O2 sencer stuck at .9 volts at idle. After following coad 1 trouble tree to grounds at thermostate housing I was able to get the o2 to switch at cruise , But its still stuck at .9 at idle . fuel pressure is ok...
