1988 Honda Civic DX 1.5L High Idle
Idles high intermittently, 2-3k, PCM commanding high idle, unplug EACV, idle comes down, reconnect, idle goes back up. Customer only had 30 min on Friday, due to picking up kids from school(isn't that typical, noone can find the problem, you've got 30 min....
