2002 Lexus ES300 3.0L MIL Lamp on

Car came in on monday with a MIL on. I scanned the car and I had one DTC p2241.

I went ahead and replaced the sensor. Today car came back with an intermittent MIL. Scanned car and found P2238 and P2241.
