1997 Hyundai Tiburon 1.8L No Start
Im posting this for a co worker. This Tibron will not start 90% of the time. Even when not starting it has fuel spark and compression. It seems to be over fueling. Clear flood is the only way it will start and then it churns out black smoke. All data seems...
