1988 Toyota Van Wagon LE 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire
The vehicle starts and idles well most of the time, but studders at around 1/4 trottle but does not studder at full trottle. Sound as if there was water in the spark plug boots.
