During tailpipe pre-check noticed excessive CO% at idle and at RPM's over 3,000. At cruise the CO% drops but the EGR vacuum signal is high and constant (over 15 inches) causing drivability surge and excessive HC's. At idle after cruise speeds the CO% jumps...
