2004 Mazda RX-8 1.3L MIL Lamp on, Throtle stuck at 16%
When we started it the car ran normal 87% at snap throttle. After 15-20 seconds throttle closes to 16%- 20% and wont go higher until u unplug the ecu. Then when you start it again it will work wee for 20 sec then the CEL comes on (no codes BTW)and the throttle...
