This car has new ngk spark plugs, oem cap and rotor. The cam and ignition timing are right. The o2 sensor reads right, the tps gives a clean sweep. I adjusted the valves. Nothing seems to change the emissions. 320hc's ppm and 7.45 co at idle. 146hc's and 4.4% ...
