1991 Toyota Previa LE 2.4L No Start
Could anyone give me some info on the function and operation of the cold start valve. The Previa will start fine when the ambiant temp is above 40deg. Customer left it 3 weeks ago and the weather was mild for the 2 days I had it, started fine all tries....
