1992 Honda Civic DX 1.5L Stall, low idle speed w/ac
Engine idle speed is too low with a/c turned on. EACV was checked and is functioning. Vantage info says EACV dwell should be 40-43 deg. w/no load and about 65 deg. with headlights on and blower on high. Normal dwell at no load idle is 39.4 (close) but ...
