1998 Mazda Millenia S 2.3L Surge, Stall
I have a mazda millenia s that came in on a wrecker because it would not run. I started the vehicle up and pulled it into the shop and it started surging and the died. If you rev the engine up to 1500 rpm with the A/C off it will run good untill you let it idl...
