In reality the car is a Tracer. The problem is flooding. Owner said it ran progressively worse until it died and wouldn't restart. We oiled the cyl's to restore comp. at aprox. 150# per cyl,replaced plugs and fouled them instantly. I checked the ect( 65f/2700 ...
