1991 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Hesitation, Cuts out
Vehicle has hard starting and runs fine till it warms up. Then it will stumble and cough when you crack the throttle open. Seems to be over fueling the plugs are black and fowling and it flooded engine,fuel on top of pistons. We tried to read codes but was'nt ...
