1989 Honda Civic LX 1.5L No Start
This appears to be a PGM-FI main relay problem, one side powers up the ecu but the other side intermittantly does not power up so no injection or fuel. Snap-On Shopkey says the relay is above the hood release at the left side of the instrument panel. Can't fin...
