1998 Honda Civic HX 1.6L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
hello honda techs! The car came in w/ a idle surging problem. check for codes found IACV dtc. replaced the IACV the surging went away. When I put the new IACV i made sure to clean the throttle body really good to prevent some old carbon clogging the new IASCV....
