1990 Honda Civic Si 1.6L No Start
Car purchased by customer Changed clutch out. when we went to start the car it just crank over. No fuel pressure traced down to no ground to the relay from the ecm. the car runs on air intake cleaner. Also no trigger to fuel injectors 12 volts at the injectors...
