1999 Toyota Avalon XL 3.0L MIL Lamp on
vehicle came in with PO446 but passed quick bay test, I also operated vsv multiple times with no problems, reset and sent on. Came back, same code drove thru drive cycles instead of bay test and it reset but still didn't find anything so I put on the vacuum ho...
