1991 Acura Legend L 3.2L Excessive Emissions
This car will not turn on the EGR solenoid,I can activate the solenoid at the pcm by grounding the white wire at A-11, but the pcm will not turn it on. And it will not set a code 12. I have checked the o2 sensors, they are switching,the voltage on the tw senso...
