1988 Honda Civic DX 1.5L Excessive Emissions, No Start, MIL Lamp on
This car will intermittently not start and when it does this i have spark, fuel pressure and injector pulse. Seems to be flooded, if i unplug the injectors the car will start and run for about 20 sec. and will continue to run if i plug the injectors back in. W...
