1994 Lexus LS400 4.0L MIL Lamp on
Ok Lexus guys. This LS400 has a rapidly flashing check engine light. If the O/D button is on then the O/D light flashes also. Using a snap on scanner i find no codes. Jumping E1 to TE1 also does not change a thing both lights just flash rapidly. Unless the O/D...
