1996 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L No Start
Car came in with oil leak. Front crank seal was leaking. removed belt and sprocket and replaced front seal,reinstalled belt and timed cams and crank sprockets. tried to start engine before installing covers and fans, engine would not start. Has no spark or fue...
