No codes,does not start cold,plugs are fuel fouled(dripping wet) ect reads ok ,maf check oks pulse width at 54.2 ms timing belt is ok engine timing has been checked and set [...] ring checks [...] are at a lost to understand why this is flooding on cold [...] ...
