1997 Toyota Camry CE 2.2L MIL Lamp on
Emission failure. Sets P0420, Bank 1 Cataylst System Effieciency Below Threshold. When looking at O2 sensor voltage, the bank 1 O2 mv will not go below .650 mv. Can induce a vacuum leak and the O2 voltage will go to .900mv but when you ground a spark plug wire...
