1990 Honda Accord EX 2.2L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
Car has very high emissions that increase with warm up. once check engine light comes on they drop from 600 ppm to 900 ppm on co down to around 250 ppm- still to high to pass. Idle is good as is overall performance. could the clogging intake problem cause this...
